Canalyzer - program node problem

Hello,

I'm facing an issue using Canalyzer 7.6.68 (SP3)

I want to insert a program node to do some elaborations when the bus is running, but the item of the right-botton mouse menu is disabled.
If I disconnect the cancase, close and restart the program, then the item is enabled.

This obligates me to record my messages on a logfile and then pass the log to the off-line mode to do post-processing.
Is it a license problem?
Some collegue tells me it could be a problem with my pc (ASUS N53S, Windows 7, 64-bit), but one of them has my same pc model and the same Canalyzer version and it works. :-(
