Could you give me some idea of the photo circuit, what is the theory behide and how to design it.

Hi,

it is RF mixer, if you want to design one refer to the book by Steve Maas - Microwave Mixers, Artech House.

The markings on a chip might be a guide of a manufacturer ot this particular mixer so you could browse the web for more information.
