Can you suggest a small CMOS image senor in SMD packaging for a pillcam application?

Hello people,
I am looking to make a pillcam project and I want to integrate a small camera of at least 2MP. Unfortunatelly I haven't found any camera in SMD packaging. The one's I found are all with that flex pcb tape that take a lot of space.
Feel free to suggest some if you have the time
