Can you install NCSU-CDK 1.5.1 on IC610?

Hi! Guys

Can NCSU-CDK 1.5.1 install on IC610? I compiled NCSU on IC610 but when "add instant" e.g, for NMOS4, it don't display the size of transistor (W,L) for particular technology in NCSU library.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
