[SOLVED] Can you Identify this component?

I took this Component off of a small circuit board that was from a window alarm circuit.
I don't know what it is. It looks like a Radial Capacitor but it has 4 LEGS on it !!
...can you Identify it & tell me what it is or what I can use it for ?

It is a coil, under the heat-shrink is the wire wounder around the core.

It may have one or two coils but you can check with an ohm meter
