Can you help me identify it? Many thanks in advance!

The symbol style details looks somewhat "homebrewed", but it apparently refers to a double-throw switch with momentary operation.

Thank you all, for your answers...It was helpful indeed.

Now, I have another problem, since I'm very new to Eagle software...

Can anyone tell me, how can I find this component, I looked up my Eagle library, but I couldn't find, is this a rheostat?

Look in the RCL library. It might be called a 'trimmer' in there.

this component is eagle which is as hust same to the nomanial fomatro

Possibly a bourns 3590 10 turn potentiometer - since the variable terminal is at pin# 3.

It's a potentiometer. That's all which can be said about it.

A rheostat is, strictly speaking, a two terminal device.
