hi everybody,
i have writen a diode module using verilog-a language, and now i want to use this module and three Nmos transistors to build another block(I hope this block can work as a basic primitive like mosfet with some parameters,so that we can change the parameters easily ,and get the different performance),or if we can include a mosfet in verilog-a module,I hope to get reply and further discussion!

thanks,

is't impossible?
