Hello friends.
I'm doing a project for measuring a heavy force during a punch.
for this can i use accelerometer instead of force sensor.

Yeah... You can... Tie that accelerometer to a very hard membrane or skin. Then direct the punches to that skin or membrane.. I guess that should do it... But I'm not very sure

vivel.roy2991: can you please tell me how me to implement that.

i mean what type of membrane. what type of accelerometer. and where to fix that accelerometer.

F = m x a ; measure the acceleration and calculate the force.

where in the world you want to measure the force place the accelerometer there under such membrane they will measure your hitting objects acceleration that will help you to measure your force
