hi,i need design a OPA,
the technology is 0.25um,
the single supply is 2.5v ,
common input is 1.25v,
the VDD current cann't beyond 50uA, the PM is 30,
in these condition i neet the gain at 1MHZ is 40DB ,For this OPA I don't know how to design, and use what't kinds of structure? please help me.
TKS!

the 30 PM is too samll and what is output loading?

what is the output load??

What are the requirements for output swing? SR?

yea,the output load is 1p,and the output swing require 0.25v~2.25V,
BTW,this OPA be used in SC circuit.

30 degree PM is for sure too small for SC!

Do you mean singe-ended swing of 0.25~2.25?? I do not think you can design it..

yea,i know the 30 degree PM is too small for SC.but if designing PM is 60 degree, then i think i can't design it,maybe its current can increase to 1mA.
i wish the singe-ended swing is 0.25~2.25V,if this can't be achieved ,maybe can use dual-ended output.
