Can the data change while the latch is transparent?

can the data change while the latch is transparent? (if latches r connected serially)

I am not sure if I fully understand the question but, I think data can change at any time even when transparent (unless the data itself is latched).

Latch is Level Triggred... So, When ever it activates the latch, the data wll change....
