hi, all,
with A 130NM cmos PROCESS, does the 14bit(or above) SAR ADC can be realized without any calibration?

Our 12bit SAR ADC on a std 0.18µm CMOS process without calibration shows an ENOB of 10bits.

It depends on several parameters, but mostly how much power and area you are willing to spend.
In general, for a 12-bit (or higher) resolution ADC, some sort of calibration is a must.

Is it better than 180n for analog design?
