Yes it is possible... what is the output current that you need?
(I assume that you need high current on +5 and low current on +-15V)

switch dc-dc converter

Because of the wide input voltage range I would use simple switcher step-down voltage regulators (for 1A/5V see picture below).
Again, if 1A @ 15V is enough, LM2575-ADJ ( **broken link removed** .. page 12 ) can be the choice, and for negative voltage see inverting regulator (page 20 of the PDF) ..
For 3A current load see: **broken link removed**
For 5A see: **broken link removed**
and so on ..

I need this power supply +5v to MCU, LCD, Multiplexer etc. and +-15v to Op Amp. So the current required is not high. I don't know how can I get these three DC voltages at one time. It'll be great if there is a schematic of it available.

Attached is a schematic of +5, +15 and -15 dc/dc power supply ..

Please consider also ON semi IC's... they are cheapest than national IC's,

take a look at w*w.onsemi.com (application notes)

Re: can single DC 3v~12v to get 15v DC

hi friends by the way i need to obtain 15v dc from a transformer its output is 12v dc and its current is 400 mA the output current isn't problem but i need to get 15v dc from that output voltage 12v dc i need the answer as quick as possible please
thanks for your time
