can proteus compile and simulate c source program?

Dear colleagues,
I am a newbie for proteus. Can I build c source program and simulate in Proteus ?

Yes Prorteus ISIS can simulate several supported processors .among them PICs,51 derivatives AVRs and even ARMs .You can even debug step by step .See the list of supported tools and suported MCUs
