can LTC3108 run on 1V input?

can LTC3108 handles a 1V input?? and also what can I used to increase its output power,,I want to build a charger from the 5V output of LTC3108 but I think its current output is no enough..
 

It can run at less than 1V but for charger its current output is no enough
 

but greater than 1V,,at least 1.5V..would the IC get damage already??
