can interfacing with lpc1768

i am making a pcb on lpc 1768, how to interface can in that should i have to add any ic in the development board for can, please help

You need to add at least one CAN transceiver, like the MPC2551, to your design which connects between the TDx/RDx lines of the LPC1768 and the CAN bus. You should also provide a means of terminating both ends of the CAN bus with 120Ω resistors.

It's a relatively simple interface the TDx/RDx pair of the LPC1768 are connected to the MCP2551 TXD/RXD lines.
