Can I use 'time' at HSPICE model parameter?

Hi,

Like title, I want to use 'time' at model parameter

For example,
.model m1 NMOS(LEVEL = 1 VTO = 'time')
I want to change VTO parameter with time change in transient analysis.
Can I do this?
