i have got a circuit in which i have got 2 application diagrams in one they have used polarised capacitors and on the other they have used non polarised ones , this capacitors are not on the signal lines . can anyone tell me if i use nonpolarised capacitors instead of polarised ones what possible effects can happen in my circuit

The circuit will cost more. Generally, polarized capacitors cost less.

Yes you can. However, you need to put a lot of (higher number) non-polarized cap to get same capacitance of polarized cap. Hence the cost increase and also the space on your board.
