Sorry for bad english and stupid questions =)

1. Can i use for current sink and current source in simple LVDS driver one MOS transistor? Or i shall use more difficult current source?
2. Current sink/source shall operate in saturation or triode region?

I think simple current source is enough. but it should always work in saturation.
And because you design Low-voltage about 400mVpp. so it is easy to implement.

You can do anything that meets IEEE 1596 respectively EIA-644A standard (at least if you feel obliged to comply a standard). Particularly common mode output specification may be an issue regarding non-matching P and N transistors. Therefore many drivers utilize a common mode voltage control loop. In contrast also non-saturated switches with an additional source side parallel termination are used sometimes as simplified LVDS driver.
