A ferrite bead is designed as a lossy inductor. It's almost inductive at low frequencies and mainly resistive above
several 10 to 100 MHz. Consult the manufacturers impedance characteristic to learn more.
You should consider, that ferrite beads are specified by impedance, so you can't rely on an accurate inductance value. Nevertheless,
a ferrite bead may work as inductor in your design. For an exact calculation, you may want to refer to equivalent circuits or SPICE
models given by manufacturers.
