Can I uprgrade MARCONI 2018 to version 2019?

I have a Marconi 2018 generator. Is it possible to upgrade it to the 2019?

You can do it What you need is a 2019 parts unit.
with a good doubler bord.
Swop the board or the 4 proms from the 2019.
