Can I interface C8051F350 with baud rate 9570 with a modem at 9600 baud rate?

i am using c8051f350 ic, i want to interface modem but i am using internal x-tal frequency.In that i can create baud rate at 9570, can i interface to Modem at 9600 baud rate
