can i generate hex file from c source code using AVR studio ?

can i generate hex file from c source code using AVR studio ?
pls help guys............
i want to use attiny series.

AVR studio supports assembly only.you have to use a C compiler which can be supported with AVR studio.

just install AVR GCC from here...

WinAVR : AVR-GCC for Windows

now u can make C programs in AVR Studio....and can compile them also in studio only....
and it also creates an .hex file... ;-)


and NOW AVR STUDIO 5 is also launched by ATMEL !!
and i think it have an inbuilt C-compiler...(i am downloading, so will update after checking the new version..)
so Hurray !! :-D
