Hi all,
I have designed a BGR using Cadence spectre with satisfying results. Should i just assume that everything is correct before doing the layout or should i run the circuit using a different simulator like HSPICE and verify the same. What is the normal procedure the industry follows.

Thanx in advance
Chethan

If you sim in other simulator and get the different result, you can't get any conclusion in the circuit.

If ur spectre results is correct and consistent with ur design spec, then u can draw layout. I think it is not necessary to simulate the ckt with other tool again, the reason is almost little difference for simulating the correct ckt with different tool.
