Can EVM be used to calculate SNDR ?

Hello, friends.

I want to know the answer to this question. If for example i get EVM=0.1 does this mean that signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio equal to 20* log10(1/EVM)= 20 dB.

Thanks in advance.
 

Yes, this is a good estimation of SNR from EVM, in digital modulation systems.
