Hey guys, please help me,

I refered in DPO4102 datasheet, it says that this DPO can measure high voltage up to 300 Vrms,
but at how much frequency ?
Dose a analog 220V 50-60Hz can be measured, could you give me an information that prove it
in the datasheet or some reference,
Here is the link to DPO4102 https://www.tek.com/oscilloscope/mso4000-dpo4000

Thanks,
VTTu

I think this is possible, but I'd never ever connect the lines voltage directly to such an expensive and valuable instrument: always use an isolating transformer in between, at least if you can't be sure about the potential difference between your lines ground and your oscilloscope ground.

And if you use an (isolating!) transformer anyway, you could use one with a much lower secondary voltage, so you stay on the safe side.

BTW: I'd also think you better ask such a question in a different EDAboard forum, e.g. in one of these:
