Can Cadence read Synopsys Tech. Library (.db) ?

I know that it can read (.lib) .. but I have synopsys's (.db) library and I don't know how to read it using SoC Encounter (RTL Compiler) ? .. and if that's feasible, what's the command ? .. and this can't be done directly, where can I find a converter ?

Hi I dont think Cadence tools can read .db format. Its internal format for synopsys

Try to get the Synopsys Liberty(.lib) libraries from the library vendor directly.

Can the .db file be transfered to .lib file?
The .db can be transfered to .plib, but I don't know~! I will have a try tomorrow.

seems that the library converter is a synopsys tool .. the problem is that I have cadence tools and synopsys libraries
