I want to learn CAN protocol by doing some real experiment. I want to make at least three nodes. I have read some tutorial's so I found that microcontroller and transceiver use in project based on CAN protocol. I work with PIC microcontroller

Please tell me What I need to do a basic experiment ?

Hi,

This is a quite vague question without moch information.
Do an internet search for "PIC CAN schematic" or "PIC CAN project", "CAN tutorial" ... or similar
Read through some of them. Reliable sources are semiconductor manufacturers and universities.

Please then ask a more detailed question and please give the sources / links you refer to.
