CAN-BUS bug? Please explain

Hi all.
It would happen if I have 3 CAN Nodes, and 2 Nodes sending to the same time the same ID whith the same RTR bit?. Yes it generate a Error frame,
but at the same time resend it, and the same error takes place in the same moment again.CAN Bus is death. Is possible this state?

Hello,

if the bitstream is really the same - nothing happend.

means
same ID
same DATA
same rest -> looks like only ONE telegram.

if
same ID
different DATA or
different rest -> CRASH on the Bus.
