Can anyone upload the display.drf for smic18?

You can get it from SMIC :p
 

but i'm not a formal customer of SMIC although our lab is. :(
I just want to do some practise,hehe
 

Why not use display.drf of TSMC0.18um?There are one here. :)
 

I wonder that whether they are same,TSMC's library is easy to find,but SMIC not :(

Change pdf => drf
 

we could change one fab's drf file into another fab's one Just based on the tech file. In the tech file defined pic style and in the drf file
define the rgb color and based on this color define some picture style
just change the picture style name to what defined in the techfile
then you could use the drf file. drf file is not a problem

You can download tech file in SMIC NOW , the E-business web of SMIC.
But you will have to apply an accout first. :roll:
 

Usually *.tf is the tech file, and display.drf is the layer color definition...
Yes, Of course you can make your own display at your convenience.
As a matter of fact, you may need the *.tf but not ask for the display file....
