Hi,

how to calculate the queieing time in such a queue?

For e.g.

Consider M/M/3, assume arrivals follow a Poisson Process with rate R,

server of each customer is exp distr. with rate U

then what is the expected time of customer n in the queue,

given anwser is E[T] = 2U/3

how to got this?

any helps?

Very interesting. The second link got broken because of some internal word check on the board. You have to replace the **** with A L L A in the link.

Some program replaces any religious reference with *
