Can anyone compare ALAC, ADS and Serenade

Please tell me the advantage and disadvantage of them and which is most suitable for optical communication system.
Suggestion of other candidate will also be appropriate.
 

What I am most concerned is the accuracy of the time domain simulation. My boss think ADS is not as accurate as APLAC for time domain simulation. Is it right? How about Serenade.
