Que: In antenna effect where will we put the diode, nearer to gate or far from gate, & why?
Que: How layer hopping reduces the process Antenna effect?
Que: Why distance between the diffusion contacts?

Antenna effect is due to the some of the wires connecing to the gate remains unconnected, so we put diode in reverse bias means negative terminal to gate so that charge carriers cannot accumlate on wires.

floating means we may leave the wire unconnected for a while till we connect the other layers as per design, during that time charges will accumalte so that antenna effect occurs.

layer hopping is like jumping some of the layers and connecting so that there will be no floating wires .

Distance between contacts must be short since contacts carry charges more , more distance more charge so more effect called antenna effect, less distance les charge, effect will be less

Hope i have explained
