Can anyboday recommend a transistor for X band DRO design?

Not have enough exeperience, limited knowledge of transistors,but urgent for this design.Thanks for your help.

How about Nec3210S10? I saw a thread saying this one.Thanks!
 

The most commonly used transistors in DRO of satellite downcoverters are 2SC5508 (NE662M04) = T79 and BFG424F = NE (t)
