From my (very short) experience, it's better to use asm to program scheduler :
=> you limit the read/write on stack,
=> you optimise the latency in context switching

is ther any examples in C like running 2 events after sum time.

can u give me the link to exactly look into. i will b running this schedulers in a 16 bit microcontroller may b motorola r mitu. if i hav to program in asm then give me sum examples to begin with
