A LOW pulse at the TRIGGER input (pin 2) sets the RS-FlipFlop: OUTPUT (pin 3) gets HIGH. A HIGH pulse at the THRESHOLD input (pin 6) resets the RS-FlipFlop and OUTPUT (pin 3) goes LOW.
If the input CONTROL-VOLTAGE (pin 5) is not used (to change the trigger level), connect it with a 100nF cap to GND. If /RESET/ (pin 4) isn't used, connect it to Vcc. Leave DISCHARGE (pin 7) open.
