You need an LCR meter to measure the inductance of the toroid inductor. You can buy a good one. Fluke is good. If your budget is tight or you do not wanna buy one, you can make an LCR meter at home. Here is a detailed tutorial on how to make an LCR meter by yourself.

This design is based on Arduino Nano. An LCR Meter measures inductance (L), capacitance (C), and resistance (R), making it an invaluable tool for diagnosing electronic components. A Transistor Tester expands its functionality by testing semiconductors like transistors, diodes, and MOSFETs. By building your own, you not only save money but also learn the principles behind these measurements. Code, circuit diagram all are given.
