Calibre PEX errors about matching terminal and cell mapping

I run calibre PEX with some warnings and errors
Warning: Not creating terminal GND in (vco calibre) since matching terminal was not found on schematic
Warning: Not creating terminal VDD in (vco calibre) since matching terminal was not found on schematic
Warning: Not creating terminal OUT in (vco calibre) since matching terminal was not found on schematic
Warning: Not creating terminal VIN in (vco calibre) since matching terminal was not found on schematic
error: could not find cell mapping for device n18_ckt-rf .Ignoring instance M0
error: could not find cell mapping for device p18_ckt-rf .Ignoring instance M1

the I/O type is inputoutput
I want to obtain an extracted view "caliber-view"
the process is SMIC 0.18 RF
virtuoso version is 5033.

The first errors are clear. Check why the respective terminals are missing in the schematic.
Also, there is an option during PEX or calibre view creation that allows you to create all terminals, that is even if they are missing in the schematic.
However, I would be cautious with that, as it maybe goes around the problem.
Have you passed LVS?

my problem is like this ,because the net name in my layout are capitals ,but in schematic ,it has small letters and capitals .just look at the pic1 and pic2

when I use calibre2009 to extract rc ,and get calibre view ,the warning :

Then I use cadence AMS tool to do post simulation ,when netlister ,erros appears:

the picture above is the layout ,net format is bus signal lines .
so ,how can I get the right calibre view when my desin has bus signals ?
