Are there any tool/utility to convert the calibre rule deck to dracula
or
calibre to hercules

or

calibre to icv

for converting the calibre rules to hercules ::
$HERCULES_HOME_DIR/contrib/cal2he.pl

for converting the calibre rules to icv rules ::
$ICV_HOME_DIR/contrib/cal2pxl
