Hi, everyone! I have IGBTs with Qg=420nC. I have 10 ohms resistor in the gate circuit and Imax from my driver is 1A. So I think the turn on time is
t=Qg*R/I= 4.2us.
Am I right and is this time too big if my PWM frequency is 25kHz(60us per pulse)??
Thanks!

for PWM freq of 25KHz (1pulse will be of 40us).
What actually you want, will you elaborate?

I want to know if I`m calcilating right the turn on and off time. Is my formula right?
Thanks!
