Calculation of average permittivity in CST

Hello,
I have the following question if anyone can advise.
You have a structure of multiple mediums with different permittivities and different thicknesses. You may suppose that they are infinite in X,Y. Is it possible somehow to simulate and calculate an average permittivity of the total structure using CST?
