[SOLVED] Calculating the port modes in CST 2009?

What does it do when the progress bar says this? The solver crashes without any error or warning when it comes to this part for Port 2.
 

The mistake turns out to be the part after the port mode calculations, because checking "Calculate modes only" under the Transient Solver results in no error. What exactly happens after that? I've attached the file in case someone is kind enough to help.
 

The problem is fixed by using CST 2011. No idea why.
