Calculating Cartesian cooridnates

coordinate variation

if we have a point in cartizian coordinates (x,y,z)
if there is a shift in X,Y&Z axises and a rotation ariund X,Y&Z axises
if there is a way to calculate the new coordinates of the new coordinate system

I remember transformation of axis vaguely. When it is transformed by an axis "φ", the new axis becomes (xsinφ. ycosφ). Please doublecheck.

can you please explain this idea

it seems for 2-D

what about 3-D

for shifting axises i can add or substract the shift from the original point

but what about rotating

i know it is difficult

if so i wonder if there is a program can do it in matlab

and i'll see how can matlab do this conversion
