Have you tried reading the documentation?
There is a HS router specific one.

If you have a high speed interface then generally there will be design guides (DDR memory, gigabit Ethernet etc), you need to know the requirements of the interface you are doing, namely the characteristic impedance of the traces etc, before you can start simulating maximum frequency.
