Cadence Virtuoso installation error in CentOS 6.5

I'm willing to install cadence virtuoso IC615 in centOS 6.5 x64. I installed latest Java runtime environment for 64 bit Linux, and I'm trying to run install scape from terminal which leads to the following error

Initializing InstallScape using JVM at /home/EDA/Desktop/cadence_virtuoso/Iscape/iscape.04.21-p004/runtime/LNX86/bin/java. This might take some time...
./iscape.sh: /home/EDA/Desktop/cadence_virtuoso/Iscape/iscape.04.21-p004/runtime/LNX86/bin/java: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory
./iscape.sh: line 219: /home/EDA/Desktop/cadence_virtuoso/Iscape/iscape.04.21-p004/runtime/LNX86/bin/java: Success


Please help me resolve this issue.
