cadence virtuoso 6.1.5

hello friends,

i installed cadence ic 615 in ubuntu, i tried to add an instance of nmos transistor from analoglib,but the parameter values are not displayed in the dialogue box.i thought the initial values should be displayed by default.can anyone help me to how to find the values?

In my system you have to choose the mos transistors from UMC_18_MOS library. analogLib have all the active devices listed but they need model files to run. You can try ahldLib if you have it in your system.
