Cadence RTL Compiler: Could not find an attribute in the library

When I load the gpdk 45nm library in Cadence RTL Compiler, I get a message summary like this.

Message Summary for Library slow.lib:
*************************************
Could not find an attribute in the library. [LBR-436]: 569
Missing a function attribute in the output pin definition. [LBR-518]: 1
Missing library level attribute. [LBR-516]: 1

What does the 569 represent in the first statement?
Is this a fatal error?
