cadence problem after install

Hi all:

I just follow the tutorial and install cadence.


As I start to use it. CIW->File->Open
the cellname in right side can not be showed in left side. I mean I can not select the cell that I want.

Does anybody has such an experience and how to solve it?

Can you give more info about the version of IC and the OS?

Did you start the license? Maybe you can only read but not edit it.
