cadence open error in 16.3 please help me !

Hi everyone ,

when i opened the cadence design entry CIS i got the error in allegro please help me anyone to solve this error

 

Cadence initialization file is either missing or have gone corrupt. Better to take a backup of all custom libraries & Schematics and reinstall the tool.
