Cadence Installscape net connection problem

installscape cadence

Hi,
I downloaded Installscape from the Cadence website. I launch the installscape wizard GUI, but it does not connect to the cadence download server. Once it connects, it is supposed to prompt for a username/password but it does not do this. I tried the 'Test Connection' option in the GUI, but that doesn't work either. It is not a network connection problem with my computer, as it works fine otherwise (browsing, downloading etc). Can anyone suggest any fixes? Thanks.
