hi
i am a beginner student for using cadence ic design software.
i don't know how can i install cadence on linux OS.
otherway i found an installed cadence 5.1.41 on linux(linux installed on vmware).
but this software library included only by a few library (like :analoglib,functional,basic,..)in library manager

now i want to know :
1:how and where can i find complete library
2:how can i import libraries in software
3:this version that i found is a design kit version or not?
4:please help me to install cadence on linux personally(complet, step by step,if possible by pictures)

1. you need a foundry pdk
2. a foundry pdk comes with a cds.lib which will contain default libraries and pdk libraries.
3. no
4. use installscape if you are a legal cadence tool user.
